How it started...
Having joined the world of Estate Agency as a trainee negotiator in 2006, I worked my way up the career ladder, whilst gaining experience in all aspects of the industry. This included accompanied viewings, negotiating, lettings, carrying out market appraisals and managing offices. In 2017, I was then promoted to a Business Manager for an independent agency in Leicestershire, where I was responsible for monitoring the growth of the offices, implementing new systems, recruitment and reporting to the Director.​ The skills I acquired in management, administration and sales proved invaluable when I then worked with a small business as a Virtual PA in 2020.

Fast forward to March 2022, I set up Victoria Maynard PA and I took on my first clients.

How it's going...
As every month passed in 2022, I found that my relationships strengthened with my clients. They trusted me to do more and their needs grew. The power of word-of-mouth also meant that there was more and more demand for virtual assistance from new clients. Within 3 months, it became apparent that in order to continue offering flexibility and efficiency to my clients, I needed to take my own advice and find additional support!

By recruiting, I could ensure there was never a moment when my clients were left waiting for me, whilst I was dealing with someone else. I could also tap into the skill sets of others and utilise their expertise, knowledge and experience.

So, by December 2022, we became Victoria Maynard & Co.
